The Fly Over the City Proof of Delivery policy requires that we identify the addressee upon delivery of your package. The receiver of the package can state their name to assume responsibility. A physical signature can be acquired but must be requested by the sender and extra charges may apply. We can provide an official Fly Over the City hand delivery receipt to be signed at the delivery point which will be returned to the sender. Extra charges may apply. A photo of signatures, safe delivery areas or the oversize nature of a delivery can also be "attached" to your job ticket and kept in your "HOME" on this website. Please Address and Package your deliveries properly to ensure safe delivery. If a package is misaddressed, we will do everything in our power to find the right address or we will contact you to inform you of an impasse. Extra charges may apply for misaddressed packages, reattempts, or returns. Any liabilities are limited to $100 or less unless otherwise discussed. Fly Over the City LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any loss or damage to a shipment or for any delay caused by an act of God, the public enemy, the authority of law, the inherent vice of the goods or the act or default of the shipper. The burden to prove freedom from negligence is on the Carrier or the party in possession. IN NO CASE WILL Fly Over the City BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OF CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of income or profits, regardless of whether or not Fly Over the City knew or should have known that such damages might have been incurred.
